1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OptiQuest Solutions services, platforms, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Scope of Services

OptiQuest Solutions provides ICT services including consulting, software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, infrastructure support, and related digital services. Project details are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and required access to systems and stakeholders to enable proper delivery. Delays in client inputs may affect delivery timelines.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are stated in the applicable agreement. Payments are due as invoiced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified by contract, pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner. Custom deliverables may be transferred according to the signed project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagement and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided in good faith and in line with industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiQuest Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the termination terms in the applicable contract. Outstanding obligations, including payment and confidentiality, remain enforceable after termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in Nigeria, unless another jurisdiction is explicitly agreed in writing for a specific contract.
